How to resolve missing architectural dimension tickmarks

I had a customer call because their drawing stopped showing the tickmarks for his architectual drawings. He had tried changing the dimstyle settings, and then reverting and didn't have any luck. Since the Tickmarks are actually blocks inside the drawing _ArchTick you can use the designcenter to bring them back.

Here's the steps on how I did that.
