PLOT vs BATCH PLOT - LINEWEIGHTS

In an attempt to save time from plotting individual sheets, we've been using 'BATCHPLOT'. It was working splendidly, until a few weeks ago all of our lineweights were off (too thick or too thin) in 'BATCHPLOT', but comes out perfect in 'PLOT'. 'Scale Lineweights' is checked under 'Page Setup' for each file and each sheet.

I've been fiddling with it for a while now, and can't seem to figure out how to deal with this issue without manually plotting 50+ sheets. Any insight, help, or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

The command name is PUBLISH in AutoCAD: are you using something else, or just slapping this 'batchplot' label on it for some reason?

PUBLISH has a PDF option of it's pop-up: is that what you are using?
Your PDFs would indicate you are using a 3rd party driver to create the PDFs: Adobe Photoshop Image Conversion?
Or do you not know that the free Snipping Tool (that's what it is called) in WIndows 7 and higher is a free tool to create screen captures, and you only posted a screen capture?

Are you using a plot style table? which type, CTB or STB?

Dean,

To my knowledge, BATCHPLOT and PUBLISH are the same command.

Yes, I am using a plot style table, in CTB format. The same CTB file is used in all sheets and files, and all page setup information is exactly the same.

Attached is a jpg of the page setup we use in all of our files.

Thanks: around here always call the command by the command name: that way we are all on the same page moving forward.

The screenshot was worth sharing: I assume you are using the "plotter defined in the pagesetup" in PUBLISH command, and not the PDF override option on that pop-up? if yes, then as a test, what happens if you do select the PDF option instead?

I'm not sure why PUBLISH deleted some content, but bot PUBLISH and PLOT seem to produce identical lineweights here:

I'm using AutoCAD 2016, and using your predefined pagesetup with your plot style table.

Dean,

Wow, we've never had that issue before-- however we usually use PLOT.

Would you mind terribly trying to plot this last uploaded sheet along with this new attached one? Our problems seem now to only occur when we are trying to plot multiple sheets at a time.

Much appreciated
