Additionally, everytime I use the scroll wheel to pan the Osnap menu now pops up. The only solution I have found to resolve this is to restart AutoCAD. Any help from that would be great too.

Osnap works fine for every command but "From". I select my lines I want to stretch, shift+right click, select "from" in the onsap menu list, select my base point and enter my offest value and it dosen't move. If I try this routine with move the objects I wish to move relocate to the origianl base point and not to the new "from" point. This just started yesterday and I have no clue why. Any ideas?

In one file, or ALL files, even if you start a new file?

I think you may have more going on than FROM not working: is this a new mouse, new mouse driver, or new autocad or new autocad profile? Or new PC? New Windows?

All files, even new ones. The only change was a driver update to my mouse yesterday. I was hoping that wasn't the case but it could be. The osnap "from" hasn't been the only issue. However, I've been able to resolve all the others.

Remove the mouse driver completely from Windows and let Windows run it for a test period: problem go away? Then you have your answer.

Sadly, that didn't work. Several of my settings disapper when I restart AutoCAD and my computer. So, I have to reset them. MBUTTONPAN, Quick Properties, pickbox size ... The onsnap "from" works better I can stretch with it now but in the move command the object being moved still snaps to the original base point. Those are the ones I am seeing right now there may be other settings that will come up as I continue to work.

Well, now onsnap from is working. Both with all the osnaps turned off as well as on. However, the other setting ... MBUTTONPAN, Quick Properties, TEXTFILL, Appeture pickbox size all need to be changed when I restart AutoCAD. Who knows, if I shut it down again, "from" osnap may not work and the other may be set correctly. There dosen't seem to be a consistant pattern to what works and what dosen't.

If all else fails you may have issues with your peripherals. I have keys that get stuck occasionally (cntrl usually for me) this may be part of your problem. When this happens i usually dont notice it until weird commands start popping up or things not working like they should. I have also had mouse buttons get suck together so that when you click one the both get click. (coffee spill to thank for that one hehe) This is from the bad habit of eating at my desk. you can try cleaning you mouse or keyboard and see if it helps.
