Hi I am having a few issues with a delay on a Dual screen setup in the office. When she moves the AutoCAD window from the right screen to the left screen there is a significant lag as well as the mouse and keyboard are having issues with delay. Hardware acceleration is enabled and the computer is well equipped to run the program. any ideas what could be causing it? thanks in advance for the help

Maybe an issue with her ram or desktop not being able to process everything?

Thanks: those are pretty 'normal' PC specs and very similar to ours, so I see no reason for the lag when moving across as described. You also ruled out keyboard and mouse drivers too.

Does turning off hardware acceleration in AutoCAD do much to improve it? I suspect not but since you mentioned it was active .... .

no the Hardware acceleration barely made a difference if any at all. I'm assuming it could just be an issue with ram. Her coworker has a nvidia k4000 and 32g of ram and runs more autodesk windows as well as the other programs they use daily with no issue. Her monitor is a sharp TV and is also set to 1920x1200 do you think that could affect it as well.

Yes, upgraded system components do make a noticeable difference.
