Friend, on a side note, learn to use the free Windows Snipping tool to capture screenshots and save them as PNG file to share. Very few people will open a DOC file, too long, too pointless, and it's easier to skip you over as the 19 folks so far that looked at your post have done
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-capture-screen-shots

Read this, it looks like you forgot to finish updating 2016 https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Page-size-mismatch-and-plot-hang-from-AutoCAD-2016.html

See attached file.

Any suggestions? Tried what they have said (change orientation) and it doesnt work...

Thank you!

Cecilia

Hi Thanks for the hint on the snipping tool.

I downloaded the service pack for Autocad 2016 but when I tried to install it I got the message that my Autocad 2016 is up-to-date and this service pack is not necessary.

Any other suggestions?

Yikes: you might end up stuck with those workarounds that link discussed at the bottom.

Try specifying a normal / different paper size to solve the problem.
