Does this happen on all pdfs or only on this particular pdf file?

If it happens on others, how are you creating or getting these pdfs?

If you're generating these pdfs yourself, perhaps you can create one that you can share here for others to help troubleshoot

PDF and especially raster PDFs are always a mixed bag in my experience.

When you say its missing, how is it missing? Does it show a solid color where the image should be, or perhaps is it transparent in that area?

I would think ideally would be to not use a PDF format to bring in the image and perhaps bring it in as an image file like bmp or other supported file types. For a list of file types that you could use with the Raster Design Tool set check here. I know image size impacts that but perhaps you could reduce the image size and then scale as needed.

If you need to stick with PDF Something that would work for me on occasion would be opening the PDF in a PDF reader/writer and then printing to PDF (as in create an completely new PDF) from there. If you have different PDF 'printers' on your computer I would try those and see if it makes a difference. Often there is data in the PDF file that impacts the way the images are brought in. My favorite example of this was one occasion when I imported a single A size PDF. When it came into AutoCAD all The cropping information that was in the PDF was lost and it was a series of 9 A size drawings all grouped together in a single page of a PDF.

When I say Missing, going from left to right 72 inches of the print are there and the rest is blank. Like a clipping plan is cutting it off. I have checked clipping and turned it off.

I tried 1/2 scale and it did the same. Cut it off around the same place.

We brought them in as different image types and the scaling was off in differently in x and y direction. We are doing this the way the customer suggested.

I will try exporting as a new PDF.
