Problems with the point cloud

We just do the 3d scanning a process plant to make modifications to the piping and structures.
The problem is that it does not recognize me Autocad drawings or cylindrical segments formed by the points. The strange thing is that with another cloud of points from another plant could work it without inconveniences.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Can you please verify what exact product you are using, such as Plant 3D 2015?

Also, can you please tell me how the point cloud was created?

Thank you for your interest, but I mention that already solved the problem. Generate files directly with RECAP and had no more problems.
