trouble on connecting Leica's Disto plugin to Acad17

Dear All, I am trying, unsuccessfully though, to connect the Leica's Disto plugin (in order to work with a Disto s910) in ACAD 2017. Does anyone know if this plugin works with acad2017? the connection between disto s910 and pc is ok, and the "transfer" software works as well. But when I am trying to start the cad plugin, in the command "leicadisto3d" appears unknown. Morevover, i don't see in the correspondent acad folders any bundle for that plugin.... any idea? regards aris.

Welcome to the Community Forums!

Since Autodesk doesn't create the plug-in I am afraid I can't be of much help. Of course you can try to contact Leica or your Disto vendor for more direct support but let's check this first.

If you have an older version of AutoCAD still installed, does the Disto plug-in continue to work properly? If so, that is a good workaround until you can get it up and running in 2017.

Next, did you reinstall the plug-in when you installed AutoCAD 2017?

When you try to run the plug-in, do you get any error messages? Is there a way to load the utility manually?

I am sorry that I have so many questions and not so many answers for you. I will try to help you through this issue but I am guessing Leica would be the more direct channel for support.
