fatal error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 0h.

I have just installed Autocad 2014 (FORD home licence) on a laptop and the first time I'm trying to run Autocad I'm getting the following error: "fatal error: unhandled Access violation writing 0x0000 exception at 0h".

Hello gmorais4 and welcome to the Forums!

There can be several different things that can cause this type of error:

Fatal Error while opening AutoCAD

but the most common is usually the display drivers.

Please try updating your display drivers first.

If that doesn't help, please try the other fixes in the linked document and post back to let me know how it went.
