Help menu will not open

If I try to open up the help menu on AutoCAD 2015, either by pressing F1 or the button at the top menu, the help program starts up but I can't actually view it. It opens in a new window and I cannot view the window. The screen shot attached shows what happens when I mouse over the help menu window using the task bar.

Any ideas on how I can view the help window?

You can also download the help file here.

Let me know if you are able to view the help file once you download it.
