problem formatting a PDF file from a drawing file

Hello,

I normally have been able to plot my drawing files easily to PDF files but am now having trouble for the first time in a very long time.

These are the steps I normally take:

select"Plot"

select "24x36 template"

select "properties"

select "drwg to pdf"

save layout as a PDF

Now, I am doing this and saving it, and when I go to print the pdf, I am getting a blank page. I am seeing an alert that says "AcSeek.dll not found."

Can someone please help me to resolve this?
