Problem Installing the Free Trial

Hello,

I am having issued with installing the trial version on my computer. I have tried a number of times and still get the same error, not sure exactly what the error is. I would really like some advice on the issues.

I dont think its the system requirements, as we have a student intern who has installed a student version on his machine (which is similar to my machine) and is working perfectly fine.

I have also attached the screen shot of

2) System Properties.

Have you disabled your firewall and anti-virus programs during the download and install?
