Installation error

I use win 10
when trying to install the 2017 or 2016 I am facing the same error always

2016/5/18:14:58:40 Cesar SKY Rollback DirectX Runtime Failed Failure is ignored, Result=1619

I wonder what to do to solve this

Hello, I see from your log there are multiple failure points. This leads me to believe the installer could be failing due to permissions or a security feature. Try the following solutions:

Make sure you are logged in as the System Administrator.
Disable User Account Control settings.

Disable Antivirus software.

After completing the steps try installing again.
