Batch Plot into Individual PDF sheets.

How to batch plot into individual PDF sheets instead of batch plotting into a combined set? I dont want to open each drawing up and PDF each drawing, I want it to batch plot to individual sheets, is that possible?

Hi @danielm,

Thank you for joining us for Answer Day!

You can create multiple sheets, instead of a single multisheet PDF, when you batch plot by:

Switching Publish to: from Plotter named in page setup to PDF.
Adjusting the Publish Options... settings by unchecking the Multisheet option.

I'm having the opposite problem. I want to print multiple sheets from multiple drawings in one PDF document. I use Batch Plot and select Single Sheet, DWG to PDF and it prints every layout to a separate pdf file, even the ones in the same dwg. I've also made sure the Page Setup for every layout is set to DWG to PDF, then selected Publish to: Plotter named in page setup and it still does it individually.

Any suggestions?

Did you watch the picture in the previous message?
Attach your pictures to print options.

Please see the attached screen shots. Both options result in multiple pdf sheets. The page setup for every layout is the same in every drawing.

My apologies. I've just realized I've been misinterpreting the Multi-Sheet check box....I thought it meant you wanted the result to be multiple sheet as in multiple pdf files. I now realize it means you have multiple sheets, as in layouts sheets, that you're combining into one file.
