Have any of you had any issue with AutoCAD crashing while having Nvidia RTX desktop manager enabled? Yesterday I was working and kept getting a Fatal Error: Unhandled e0434352h Exception at 7541CF19h.

This happened while working in paper space after about 10 minutes or so. After looking in the event viewer I found it was tied to the desktop manager. In the end I disabled the desktop manager and did not have any issues. I enabled it, and again started having the crashes. Disabled it, and no issues.

Nvidia RTX Desktop Manager Version 204.26

AutoCAD Version T.181.0.0 AutoCAD 2023.1.4

I see that you’re mentioning the Autodesk desktop app. I will look into that, but to be honest I don’t even think I run that app?

I do know that issue is tied to the RTX desktop Manager from Nvidia as I can replicate the crash just by enabling/disabling that app.

**UPDATE** I just checked, I don't use or have the "AutoCAD desktop App" installed on my computer so I am pretty sure this is not the issue. I do have Autodesk Access though...but again, the question still pertains to "Nvidia RTX Desktop Manager App"

Nvidia RTX Desktop Manager Version 204.26

What got updates since last week when it presumably all worked well? Find out.

"after 10-minutes" seems precise, like something that is not on all the time: is that your autosave timeline by chance? Something else on your PC that pings every 10-minutes?

Have you tried your PC Manufacturer's Support team in the meantime? Nvidia Support forums?

Does downgrading (or upgrading) your NVidia driver and/or Desktop Manager version?

TIA

Okay figured it out (well IT did). It was Nvidia graphics card driver that was causing the whole mess. IT just recently updated Office to 64bit, along with some other things. Come to find out the driver was a 32bit driver while the Nvidia Desktop Manager was 64bit. They uninstalled the 32bit Card driver, installed a 64bit driver and that fixed the problem.
