excuse me I have a problem. When I click to open a DWG file tells me "error by sending the command to the program" error that disappears from the second time. This happens each time the PC. how to solve? I have already 'autocad reinstalled without success.

What version of Windows OS?

Let's check everything step-by-step.

Step 1 Post screen shot of your downloaded compressed install files showing the filesize.
