@Alfred.NESWADBA Well it seems that there is still some issues! 😕

Now when I save as this window pops-up and AutoCAD closes automatically

Hi,

sorry to hear that.

When the error appears directly after the dialog opened ... how was the name "Senior 2 - Shortcut" selected?

Whenever I read "shortcut" I assume you have linked folders or files on the desktop? That should never be used to save files, please use the destination folder as shortcuts (especially to NAS drives) may fail in Windows.

If I'm wrong then please let us know

if that happens also with new files
if that happens when you save to your own documents folder
if the same happens when you first turn off antivirus software

Problem was selecting the shortcut folder while saving... otherwise everything is working just fine... thank you for your consideration 😄

Options / Files / AutoMatik Save File Location SAVEFILEPATH = D:\Autocad or C:\Autocad

Options / Open and Save = SAVEFIDELITY 0 and LARGEOBJECTSUPPORT 1 and ISAVEPERCENT 0 and SAVETIME 4~6 and WSAUTOSAVE 0 and AutoMatic Save ON

These settings must be done.

and you must be comfortable.

Your file will be 100% safe.
