T splines Toolbar problem

My computer closed down strange last night. When I opened my Rhino 5 today I noticed one of my T-Splines toolbar was missing and T-splines is not on top by Panels. It is showing in Plug ins as being installed, but if I go to toolbars it is not there. I also noticed a message in the command line that says "Root element missing" . I already uninstalled and reinstalled T-Splines. Anyone have any advice?

Probably going to have trouble getting much help in an AutoCAD forum.

I really like your OSNAP toolbar botton left. It's so impossible to achieve this in AutoCAD 😞
