&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you try using the &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/software-downloads/previous-versions/virtual-agent" target="_blank"&gt;Virtual Agent&lt;/A&gt; to download your software.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It also sounds like you are getting the connection disconnected. You might try turning off your Firewall and Security software temporarily.&lt;/P&gt;
