How do you type SuperScript characters in AutoCAD?

I want to type 10(-6) but show the -6 as a smaller font to the top right of the main text. I'm not a math person, so integer may not be the right description.

How do I do this? I've tried right clicking, but there are no stacking options?!? (AutoCAD 2015)

I think the word you want is "superscript." In new-enough versions of AutoCAD, the Mtext editor has a Superscript option -- type in what you want in regular fashion, and select the part you want superscripted, and pick the X-squared icon. I don't think you can enter it that way directly, but need to edit it after entering it.

You're welcome. And [I should have said this before] the word you're probably looking for [instead of "integer"], in the specific case of a superscript number [raising something to a power], is "exponent." But the Mtext editor doesn't care what you're elevating characters for, so it calls the option the more generic superscript, rather than exponent.
