Hello! I have been already trying for two days to install Aytocad 2017 on my new computer but without success! I'm desperate and I don't know what else I could try! Here is the installation log file:

Try http:\\manage.autodesk.com and select Browser Download (~~slowest~~) (works).

~~Delete this~~ (red line) you don't need it.

You should have two files that look something like this (your error image is covering them up, but I can partially see that you have them).

Double click on the 001_002 file and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

If you performed the last download properly you should have two files that are necessary for your install.

Before you run them, I suggest you perform a clean uninstall of any prior failed installations [See description of steps here]

Hello again. The thing is that I couldn't download the files that you thought I have. I replied above that when I tried to download the dlm 001 and 002 files I got the error:

The files you saw behind my error image were these in the following image ( the simple autocad files that I can't install). So dead-end again I suppose...

Those are not the files that I am suggesting you get for a painless install.

What do you see when you go to http://manage.autodesk.com ?

That's the screen I see. But I have opened the downloads beyond the Autocad and I have also tried to download the browser download (slowest), if that's is what you intent to suggest....

Well I just did it!!! Thank you both!!! I'm going to continue with the installation of 3ds max. I hope I won't have further problems, but if so, I am sure that I can count on your help! I am really grateful!
