Is it possible to insert a PNG File of a blueprint into AutoCAD?

I was wondering if there was a program or way to upload this image into AutoCAD and build off the existing image? I've been given a task to change the location of the road. I'm currently tracing the image, and will try to build off that; however, I would rather have it as accurate as possible.

Hi,

Yes you can by XREF command line (see attached images)

when you insert the image select the image by cursor (ribbon is active by ribbon command) look up there and you will see below attached image to change some sittings for easily tracing works.

@Anonymous hello, besides xref (image - which you need to include also when send copy to other consultant (i'm not talking about etransmit) ) , You can use OLE object ( which no need to include the file) . Please see screencast . hope it helps. thanks
