Whenever I load AutoCAD I get a file loading - Security Concern message. It states "An Unsigned Executable File was found outside of the trusted locations. What do you want to do?" I Know I can select "Always load this application" but what if I do not want this application to load or to pop up? I can find nothing on the internet to discuss this case, it is only about adding the file path to a trusted location, but I want the opposite.

Thanks

If you don't want it to load, or get the popup, then you need to identify the program that's loading, understand why/how it's being loaded, and either fix that, or delete the program in question.

Try changing your administrator settings for AutoCAD. If that doesn't work you need to add the folder of whatever lisp you're running to TRUSTEDPATHS.

If you can't do this for some reason, you're left with a not-recommended solution:

type the command SECURELOAD and revalue to 0.

ValueDescription

0

Loads executable files from any location without displaying a warning. This option maintains legacy behavior, but is not recommended.

1

Loads executable files only if their location is in the trusted locations specified in the TRUSTEDPATHS system variable. Displays a warning during load requests from executable files in other locations.

2

Allows executable files to be loaded only if their location is in the trusted locations specified in the TRUSTEDPATHS system variable.
