      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help. I am having a problem installing AUTOCAD 2016 on windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a student and need to complete an assignment this is urgent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI, I am not able to download AUTOCAD SP1 as recommendation as this is a patch&amp;nbsp; for already installed software (ithink) I have tried to download and it has failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received a serial number and licence key but the installation fails prior to being asked to provide this information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No specific error code is given - the following message is displayed: Error Downloading. Please install Now from the Autodesk Website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I following steps&amp;nbsp;the following steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to my Autodesk account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All products &amp;amp; services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AutoCAD&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Downloads&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried both install &amp;amp; download&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="Initialization failed" style="width: 527px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/263291i8A4AD87E21F69B58/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="2016-08-14.png" alt="2016-08-14.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installation Scenario&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Select&amp;nbsp; 32/64&amp;nbsp;Install now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. AutoCAD_2016_englsh_win_32_64bit_wi_en-us_Setup_wcbinstall.exe DOWNLOADS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Select Run&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Autodesk Install Now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. User Account Control - Do you want to allow this App (autodesk) to make changes to your PC? Select&amp;nbsp;YES&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Autodesk AUTOCAD Initilisation window in opened&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7. Initilisation Starts - bar at bottom displays x or 172 MB downloading this progresses, THEN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8. Error Message is displayed: SetUp Initialisation Fails. Please install Now from the AutoDESK website&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: A directory is created local but nothing installed - I cannot use uninstall to remove - these folders must be manually deleted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Download Scenario&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Select 64&amp;nbsp;download option&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. AutodeskdownloadManagersetup.exe Starts Downloading&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Finishes downloading, Select RUN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. User Account control&amp;nbsp;(see 5 above) Yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Autodesk install Manager starts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.       <description>Hola Al parecer existe un inconveniente en el servicio de internet. Los motivos en realidad no estan del todo claros.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also having issues downloading the student version of AutoCAD 2016 on my Windows 10 (home) laptop, but the virtual agent did not solve these issues.&amp;nbsp; My firewall is turned off and UAC has been disabled.&amp;nbsp; Using the Autodesk Virtual Agent I have tried both AutoCAD 2016 64-bit as well as AutoCAD Architecture 2016 64-bit.&amp;nbsp; About halfway through the download, it abruptly stops and says "Failed -- creativevirtual15.com".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
