Plotting/Exporting a file to .pdf with georeferenced coordinates.......

I had a client request this today. He was wondering if I could take his CAD drawing and:

1. Plot or Export it to a .pdf file while keeping the State Plane coordinate system intact

and

2. Be able to hover or roll over the .pdf file and have the coordinates display.

I have AutoCAD 2015 and plot all of my figures to .pdf, just never had a request like this one.

Did you ever figure this out? We looked at raster design but that didn't work for us as we need the title block in the georeferenced image as well.
