... and what does "nothing happens" mean? Empty page, or literally nothing happens? Did you change from dual screen setup to one by chance?

Hello,

In layout I type PLOT and then I go to the bottom left hand PDF and hit the drop down key and select print preview and noting happens. Prior to this issue when I would select print preview and pdf preview would automatically generate a pdf for me to review. I have never heard of a dual screen setup. I am working on my laptop and using the MAC version of cad. Any help/ advice would be much appreciated!

Thank you!

Hi,

>> layout I type PLOT and then I go to the bottom left hand PDF and hit the drop down key

Sorry that it is not clear what you are doing, maybe you can show screenshots from what you have on your screen.

>> Prior to this issue when I would select print preview and pdf preview

>> would automatically generate a pdf for me to review

PLOT ==> Preview does not create PDF file(s), it only shows on the display how the plot would look alike, no files created at all.

>> using the MAC version of cad

Well, maybe that forum is the better one for this question >>>AutoCAD for Mac<<<
