Polyline Hatch Missing

In paperspace the solid hatch from my polyline is missing but it is visible in modelspace. The UCS in paperspace is set to a 3 point co-ordinate I created because it is a section. After looking at some posts on similar issues I am aware that by having the view set to 'world' the problem gets resolved, however, I need the paperspace viewport to be set to the section UCS I have created.

How can I get the fill back on the polyline without changing to world view?

Could please attach the dwg file of the similar, so that we can replicate the same over here and find better solution for you...

My boss wont allow me to send the dwg file but i have attached screen shots taken from paper space. The problem only seems to arise when the drawing is x-referenced. It is ok in its original file location...ie, I can change the UCS without losing the hatch.

Erase every single line and just keep the hatch ... is it ok to attache it now? because we want to give you direct help than guessing the solution.

I have send the drawings title sheet L(--)303 containing the x-ref & the original section file.

Replicated the same problem over here and i found hatch visible both in model and paper space independent of the ucs role.

The hatch is visible in paper space for the base drawing (sec c-c) but when I x-ref it into L(--)303 it is not visible in paper space.
