we are not able to open drawings directly in trueview from the sharepoint.

please provide me some solutions.

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Can you describe how you are trying to utilize Trueview and Sharepoint to access the drawings? Are you for instance using checkout?

Also, are you using the current version of Trueview found here?

We have one user and he was able to open drawings from the Encana site directly in trueview 2013 version but now he is not.

Did his PC get updated? Why not get the latest Trueview and try it out instead of sticking with 2013?

There was a distinct and very solid digital wall imposed between the two divisions when they were split. There shouldn't be any direct access from Cenovus to the EnCana document management system.

You should be dealing with this matter in-house with Cenovus management and IT rather than a public forum.
