Convert DWG to PDF with actual size?

Hi!
I am kinda brand new to autocad and i have run into a problem which i can't seem to solve by myself.

I have made a DWG file that i want to convert into a PDF at 1:1 scale. I want to be able to print the PDF on a A3 papersheet at the drawings actual size.

For example, the drawing is 250 mm in both height and width, and I want the printed version to be exactly that.
I am going to use the printed paper as a stencil in a little project I am working on at home.

The problem is that when is convert the DWG file to PDF the drawing ends up super small in the left-bottom corner in the finished document (See attached file).
Since the A3 paper size is 297mm x 420mm my drawing is 250mm it should fill up most of the paper right? Not only like 3%.
I have tried everything i can think of and searched the forums but cant find a answer on how to solve this.

Maybe this is a super easy fix for some more experienced users but I really cant figure it out.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

(I've attached plot settings and the finished pdf file below)

Open the layout.
Type in the command PREVIEW and press enter.

That is a virtual representation of what your paper (or PDF) print will look like.

Without knowing the size in units of the geometry in your drawing, it's impossible to recommend what to do. Can you post the DWG file?

Yea even in the preview it dosent look right.

The page setup saved in the layout "top" (shown below), does not match that in your screenshot above.

I changed it to match your screenshot, except I set the "what to plot" to LAYOUT.

You have geometry in model space _and_ what appears to be a duplicate of that geometry in the layout.

I erased the geometry in the layout, and created a viewport and picked a scale (7.5) that allows your model to fill the paper size.

But you need to decide on a real, common scale for your discipline, based on the size of the model and the size of the paper.

Attached is the DWG with the new settings.

Here is the preview now.

I found that your unit setting is in centimeter and you wanted to create a border which is A3 size (420x297) remember that 420 and 297 is in millimeter. If you input that, it will come up on the current unit setting. Basically, 4,200mmx2,970mm that is why you are getting small drawing which is actually divided into 10 unit.

Which same issue is that please? Be very detailed, some "me too" posts usually are not identical, there is always something different, so we need to ensure we know what all is going on with your files.

Neither model space or either of the paper space layouts have any page setup configurations set. No plotter is set. AutoCAD doesn't know what to do. You need to read up on plotting and how to configure AutoCAD to plot. Start with the PAGESETUP command.

Thanks for the DWG file. You have no PLOT settings chosen anywhere, not modelspace, not paperspace.

That's likely your one and only issue.

Here is your content on an A4 sheet at 1:1 scale, in a layout (viewport outline visible to reference only)

Here is your content in modelspace with set PLOT parameters too, 1:1 scale
