topic DWG to PDF driver produces faint outline around rotated images in AutoCAD Forum

Recently, when I plot a PDF from CAD using DWG to PDF, any images that are referenced in and have a rotation show a faint outline in the PDF. This outline is visible when I the make a physical print. (this is applicable when I have a sketched and scanned image referenced in and aligned to a CAD plan)

Up until a couple weeks ago I was able to plot with these conditions and not see the faint outline.

This is not an image frame, I have that set to 2.

If I plot to a PDF using the Bluebeam driver it does not produce the faint outline. However, this is not a good workaround as it takes a long time and produces a large file that I then have to compress. This tells me this might be a driver setting, but I cant see that has changed recently.

Has anyone had a similar experience or have any solutions?

I am attaching 3 pdfs. They all show the same set of 2 images, with one set rotated to show the outline.

1) DWG to PDF, Image frame: 2

2) DWG to PDF, Image frame: 1

3) Bluebeam, Image frame: 2
