Help! my wipe out is above my line on layout

I have file from other team , They put wipe out in 'model' as normal but when I draw something in 'layout' They're also wipe my line away, normally in others file the line that I draw should be above the viewport from model anyway.
*Already try the set arrangement to above , not working*

as the second picture ,they should show the lines and arrows.

Use draworder command to make your lines to front by choosing send to front or send to back relating to Wipeout order ...

Wipeout frame variable 1 on zero off may be overlapping your line and send back as possible Wipeout to back

Also use Re enter to refresh your workspace ...

Accept as solution button if yes

@dounna DRAWORDER works both ways: if bringint to FRONT does not work, send everything else to BEHIND or BACK.

And... start PAGESETUP command in your layout: uncheck the box "DISPLAY PLOT STYLES" and see if your viewport display issue goes away.

OR... Share that portion of your DWG file here please, we all have the same programs you do, lets see what else might be going on.

Draw order and wipeout are very inconsistent. Very often, Id say over 50% of the time I can select the wipeout, send to back and it doesnt work.

I also assume that you can select multiple objects and then specify the exact wipeout object via properties and that too will fail a "send to back" command.

I really dislike how inconsistent these 2 tools are. Seems to be an issue more so when a wipeout is involved.

That's pretty much why most of us older users no longer use WIPEOUTs and resort to using solid hatches set to RGB color 255,255,255 that are DRAWORDERed into position. We also go out of our way to never set print/plot drivers to LINEMERGE either since that defeats the whole idea of masking/hiding lines under things.

You alone will need to notify Autodesk about things that need to be addressed in AutoCAD: and this is the only place they look for that feedback https://www.autodesk.com/company/contact-us/product-feedback

@pendean Here is the file. I'm not sure that maybe its because of me accidentally done some setting wrong? in the file even I tried the hatch solution from others comment. it's still under its! LOL.

Btw Thank you for every comment!, It's very new knowledge for me as well. Anyway, I still can't fixed it. so I end up delete the wipeout.😂
