How to reduce the number of faces in Mesh in AutoCAD 3D

I am modelling reducer pipe in AutoCAD 3D to Import to analysis software. Here , i am facing problem in reducing number of faces in mesh.

May I ask, why use a MESH if you don't want a MESH (aka faces)?

Would this tip from Autodesk help with your other program

There are a host of mesh edting tools discussed here.

A good start might be by using meshmerge found on the Mesh ribbon.

I want to analysis a circular pipe for that, have to prepare 3D model to import to analysis software. Actually in the model I have to Mesh the entire pipe (5m dia pipe and 10m length) equally by 0.5m X 0.5m mesh (Both direction- along length & circumferential).
