Title Text Wrapping

How do you allow the text in the image to wrap? We received these files from our client for record drawings but the title block on all pages have their text not wrapping.

Only MTEXT and multi-line Attributes "wrap" in AutoCAD: your "text" in the screenshots is probably neither.
Ask your client to change them or ask them for permission to change them, they are in charge, right?

But how would they not be able to be wrapped? The client created contract drawings from these files and of course on their PDF versions, the text is wrapped. Yet somehow during the transfer of files it is no longer wrapped.

That's something to ask the file(s) creators, or the person that specifically sent you that file if they did any edits: or you could share that DWG file here and someone can do a deep dive on your behalf to see what else may be done.
