Just curious if there is a way to show a table or list of all the objects and their coordinates? I feel like I've seen it before.

you can get with the command: DATA EXTRACTION

Yes, as @Edwin.Saez suggests, this can be done with a data extraction. You can not only grab object data but also drawing properties!
