You can try another driver or to switch monitor 1&2.

But the best solution is another 1440 monitor (1440 is a really great choice for 27-32").

I used a 23" 1080 and one 32" 1440 a long time without issues (just the usual issues you have with different resoulutions & sizes).

Two monitors, one is 1080p the other one is 1440p. On the 1080p monitor autocad fits the window normally but on the QHD monitor it somehow covers only over 2/3 of the monitor while maximized. As if it is working on a widesceen. The 1/3 bottom part of the monitor is either blank, black or has a glitch where it displays part of the autocad window before it was maximized. I tried disabling DX12 but that didn't fix anything.

I'm sure you would like to keep it 1440 but have you tried setting it to 1080? How about changing the display scale?

Scaling is 100% with QHD resolution and 1080 way too blurry on 27" screen to work on.
