Alright, I'm stumped, this is the first time I've had to post on a product forum to try and fix a software issue.

I recently installed Autocad 2017 under a student license, and haven't been able to resolve this error:

"The license manager is not functioning or is improperly installed."

The program installs without an issue every time, but hangs up when starting up, stuck on "Loading..." for 10-15 minutes before showing the program with the error window.

FlexNet Licensing Service is set to automatic startup and is running.

All of the resolutions related to this issue on the forums have been tried, and the program has been reinstalled multiple times. The error also occurs in an Autocad LT 2017 installation, and on a trial version of Autocad 2017 using an account separate from my student account.

I've also tried installing on both my D:\ drive and C:\ drive.

OS is Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Thanks
