Exporting to DXF format

How can i export my designs so that it can be opened up a software (Aspire) for cnc machining. This software will only open up dxf files format thus i need to export my autocad drawings as such. Any solutions to this?

From inside AutoCAD...
DXFOUT command
or EXPOR command, then select the DXF output option.

Hi @Anonymous,

It is easy to produce a DXF file in AutoCAD.

Here are some options:

Saveas (select the File Type and version of DXF that your CNC expects)

DXFOUT is another way to produce this file.

Sorry for the late response. Yes this did solve the problem and im now able to export files to the necessary laser software
