All plot styles missing

Hi all,

I'm trying to print a drawing in black and white but am not able to. When I open the plot style table dropbox it I have no selection except none, new and monochrome.ctb(missing). When I use stylesmanager it brings me to my documents folder.

I tried using convertpstyles but that only asked me for a named plot style table to assign. I have no clue what that means.

I migrated computers and probably didn't get my settings transferred over very well because I had little idea about what I was doing. Is there a way to restore my plot style settings, especially monochrome.ctb?

Hi,

Seems like your AutoCAD profile was modified or crashed or the folders were deleted.

Start command _OPTIONS, tab Files and look to that path, if necessary correct it (search for STB and CTB files on your system to find the path in your user folder).

If you don't find the path it might be needed to reset the AutoCAD profile to default so all the AutoCAD settings get reinitialized as like new installed.

Turns out that I didn't need to reset AutoCad, just copied the required files from my friend 2 offices down and pasted them into the proper directory. Everything works as it should now.

Thank you. For some reason my Plot Styles folder was deleted. I ended up creating a new one.
