Copying Annotation in Paper Space to Model Space

I came across a command for copying annotation in paper space to model space. Now I can't find that command. If anyone knows what that command is, please let me know. Thank you.

There is MOVE to different space, CHSPACE

but I can't seem to remember there is one that COPY.

Don't know of any such command, but CHSPACE will move objects between "spaces". Simply duplicate the desired objects on top of them selves then CHSPACE and when prompted to select objects enter P for previous and the originals will be moved to the "other" space and leave behind the copies.
