Creating line with text

I've been adding lines with text in my projects now, but i have received many different results each time as you can see in the image below, sometimes the fine begins in the half of the text, sometimes far away, sometimes perfectly aligned, i would like to know, what is the logic behind to create consistant perfect alligned text with line? what size of text should be? units be meters or milimiters interfer somehow? the lengh of the line during the creation should be how much? does it interfer? because i am getting unconsistent results.

An important consideration: The Text Style used in the text-inclusion part of the linetype definition must not be one that has a fixed [non-zero] height.
