new inserted block does not show up in updated table data

Hi,

I am using table with data extraction, and noticed once the table is created, new block inserted into the drawing will not show up it's data when i select update table data links.....

any thoughts is appreciated.

Does the new block data match the template DXE??

Besides of Randall's feedback I just want to add:

When you created the DXE, have you selected objects to be use for _DATAEXTRACTION as "Drawings/Sheet set ..." or using the option "Select objects in ..."?

If you had selected the second option new block-insertions will never be part of the table as they were not selected at the time you created the DXE.

Thanks for the info, I selected the first option, drawing/ sheetset and include current drawing.
Started with a new drawing but the new inserted block info still does not show up when I update the info.

Can you upload the drawing + the DXE file and let us know, which block you did insert.
