Issue trying to print a layout for a selected plan on A3

When I try to set the layout for my preference, from the layout tab I open >page setup manager>modify> set scale to 1:1 the whole layout messes up as it gets zoomed out by a lot for my selected Plan it gets too small in the left bottom corner of the A3, although I choose the units at the beginning of the project in Mili Meter, Any clue? https://vlc.onl/

A screenshot is in the comment, I am using AutoCAD 2024.

no screenshot attached. Try again when you get a chance.

better yet, share a portion of your DWG that exhibits the problem, most likely you lost track of actual units in the file.
