How I can get Layout Name when I add a "path and file name" field.

Hi Guys

I need put a field "Path and file Name" on the dwg. I also would like a layout name, for example, Layout 1, or Layout2 when I add this Path & file name in layout :

Here is what I want

C:/12345/CAD file/Figure 1-Site Plan.dwg/Layout1

Workflow for field "Path and file Name" is below:
FIELD command
in "Field category" list select Filename
choose "Path and filename" on radio button on right hand side
click OK
This is it. DWG name and path are automatically inserted. You can use it in model space, layout, block etc. See image below.

and then add a second field, using the Diesel Expression option, and the expression$(getvar,ctab)
