      <title>Locking Z values to existing elevations.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to keep the z elevations how they are.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In other words I am using 3d features regarding elevations but I also need to use o-snap features.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for a command or a way to lock the elevations, so I would be able to move the desired level point / objects / whatever even if it snaps to an object, I desire to have the same initial&amp;nbsp;elevations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually when you move elevations and the snap to an object they either add the value of the snapped object or move it to the same level.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope I have been explicit and clear enough...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for any attempts of help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another approach is with &lt;A href="http://help.autodesk.com/view/ACD/2017/ENU/?guid=GUID-46A720EC-712F-44E3-95F7-ABBCC08F8B85" target="_self"&gt;point-coordinate filters&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; When it's asking for a new location, type &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;.&lt;/FONT&gt;XY &lt;/STRONG&gt;[with the preceding period/decimal], Osnap to whatever, and it will ask for a Z value -- Osnap to the point you're altering at its original location to have it use its original Z coordinate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
