Grid out of alignment in layout tab

Hi,

I'm new to Autocad and am having the following problem.

The grid is very slightly out of alignment in the layout space - so my drawing looks wonky against the edges of the paper and the title block.
How do I resolve this?

Hi and Welcome to AutoDesk Forum,

if you're grid lines are in horizontal status in model space,then go inside viewport and make sure that it's unlocked then type UCS>World then type PLAN and double enter.

if this didn't help you...please attache your CAD file here to test it in our PC ?
