If you do not have the plot style table (there is a yellow triangle before it) @john.vellek's answer to change it to monochrome might get you something acceptable.

If you do have the plot style table and are able to modify it, it is quite easy to make yellow plot to any color of your choosing. Click on the Edit button to the right of the plot style name and change the color mapping as shown in my screen shot.

First off, novice here. I have a hundred architectural full version autocad drawings that I would like to convert to .pdf format. All I have is TrueView and could potentially also use third party software to accomplish what I want. I am able to open, save to pdf and that all works fine, except that all of the text and notes on these drawings are yellow and the color is transferred to the pdf. I do not want yellow text on my pdf, I want everything, lines and text to be black so that I can actually read it on the screen and print in black and white. Is there a way to simply change all colors in a drawing (lines and text) to black so that I end up with a black text on white paper for my pdfs? If I have to do one by one, that is fine, though a way to batch them in groups would of course be a time saver.

Hi @Anonymous,

ON the top right of the print/plot window you can assign a plot style. Select monochrome and this might get everything to B/W

Hi @Anonymous,

Did you get this issue resolved? As @RobDraw indicates in his post you can manually map the yellow to another color. Just make sure that first you identify if the color you are looking at is truly yellow (color 2) and not a similar color. You can select the "yellow" color in your drawing, rt-click and select properties. This should tell you the color assigned to the object. If it is set as BYLAYER then start your Layer Properties Manager and look at the color assigned to the layer itself.
