There's a lot of sloppy drafting going on in your dwg; lots of lines on top of lines and lines terminating into surfaces, stuff not connecting... I can't determine what exactly you need the volume of.

EDIT: this comment is in response to the first file posted.

Do you need to know the volume of material it would take to make this object? Or do you need to know how much this object would hold?

I can open the file fine but it looks like a wire frame and not a solid part.

The channel looks similar to a Heat Exchanger channel, I do this stuff every day in AutoCAD 2016.

I produce the Channel as a Solid Part, then use the Shell command to make the Hollow part.

Once the Part is complete with all the Fillet Radii etc. I draw a block around the Part, duplicate the part and subtract it from the Block.

Then use the Separate commend on the Block and erase all of the extra bits and bobs around the outside.

Then use the Mass Properties on the remainder of the block and hey Presto, you have the volume.

Hi @Anonymous,

I tried using smooth on the surfaces and then used Union to join them. Then I started added additional surfaces to Union those too. I didn't go too far with this but I think you will get the idea. You can finish this process to close in the object.

Perhaps this will get you started.
