    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently running AutoCAD 2017 Lt and wasn't sure what direction to go&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(1) AutoCAD Full version or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(2) Inventor Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Given i have never used Inventor, the decision is easy upgrade to AutoCAD 2017 Full&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scott&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can AutoCAD 2017 import (.jt) files?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that the Lt version can't, but I couldn't&amp;nbsp;find out if the full version could in the help menus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scott&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;.jt is one of the types of files listed when you run the IMPORT command. That being said, I personally have never done it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;I just grabbed an Open Cad (.JT) file off the web &amp;nbsp;and imported into AutoCAD 2017 without any issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
