LO is an alias that may not be the same in all cases.

The actual command is LAYOUT.

Hi,

When I create a new drawing, the Layout that appears is the template Layout that i set up. The name which apears in the tab, is 1 (choosen by me),

not as default name Layout1.

My question: Is there a possibility when I add a new Layout (+), to be the same template as previous Layout and the name which should appear on to

be 2, 3, 4 and so on. Now when I click on (+) , new layout, it appears Layout1 on the tab and is not my template Layout which is on previous layout.

Thank you.

Andrei

Hi,

>> My question: Is there a possibility when I add a new Layout (+), to be the same template as previous Layout <<

you can right click on the layout icon and choose Move or Copy OR press and drag Ctrl + left mouse over the layout icon till a plus (+) sign appear.then you can Rename your new copied layout by right click on it.

Regards,

Hi,

For creating layouts use command LO. Perhaps you are searching for a LISP.

Here is one from Patchy. Shepherd. (TABS) . Lisp which will create layouts and number them accordingly.

Thanks & Best Regards

Vinay

what I actually want and what I have is:

1) my current layout is named "1 ", not Layout1 as default name.

2) my current layout is loading with a template which i made.

3) when I click on (+) , which is New Layout, I want that New Layout name should be "2"

and to be loaded with my template, the same which is on layout "1"

Thank you.

That will require customization with a reactor. Check out here
