Problem with 3D rotation (more than 6 pictures open)

Hi.

I am HVAC engineer and my setup is:

- i7-6700K Skylake

- Nvidia Quadro M2000 4 Gt

- 32 Gt (4x8Gt) DDR4 2133 Mhz

- Asus Z170-P

- Dell 34 Ultrawide

Sofware:

-Autocad 2017 + Magicad HVAC

Problem is:

I usually split screen 2D/3D and like to rotate / view 3D when I am working.

If I have more than 6 pictures open the 3D is not rotating... it only duplicates the view (see attachment).

We have tried to change the graphic gard but its not he problem. Also the ultrawide is not problem.

Any advice how to fix this problem. Thanks.

We've seen that before and the solution was a graphics card driver update, but you said it was already updated. Have you tried turning off hardware acceleration and seeing if it helps??

This really looks like a Graphics Driver issue. You only list one monitor. Is this really correct or do you have more than one?

What is your Operating System and the graphics driver version that you currently have installed? Did this works previously for you or has it never worked properly?

Hi and thanks for the reply.

I am only using one monitor Dell 34" Ultrawide.

My operating System is W10 Pro.

If I turn the Hardware acceleration OFF the is no problem.

So maybe it was the solution.

Try installing this current driver for your graphics card. It might allow you to turn the Hardware Acceleration back on.

Just a few ideas :

1) Have you tried With HQGEOM = 0 ?

2) LINEFADING = 0 & LINESMOOTHING =0
